Job Summary
The VP, Novel Asset Advancement will serve as the executive asset owner for Telix’s CD66-targeted hematologyoncology programs, with accountability for the end-to-end strategy, advancement, and value realization of TLX66 diagnostic and therapeutic candidates through clinical development and toward registration. The position is responsible for defining and evolving the integrated asset strategy, including business case ownership, development planning, indication prioritization, and investment recommendations, while ensuring alignment with enterprise portfolio priorities. Operating as a senior individual contributor and peer to functional Vice Presidents, this role will lead cross-functional alignment and drive enterprise-level decisions, ensuring the program is strategically positioned, appropriately resourced, and executed to achieve key development, regulatory, and commercial milestones. This role is critical to advancing Telix’s first hematology-oncology product and directly impacts pipeline value, portfolio strategy, and long-term company growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve as the executive asset owner for Telix’s CD66-targeted hematology-oncology programs, with full accountability for end-to-end asset strategy, progression, and value realization through clinical development and toward registration.
- Define and continuously evolve the integrated asset strategy, including development approach, indication prioritization, target product profile, and long-range positioning aligned to enterprise portfolio priorities.
- Own the integrated business case, including financial assumptions, risk-adjusted scenarios, and value inflection points, and lead executive-level recommendations on investment, prioritization, and development pathways.
- Act as the primary accountable leader in executive governance forums (e.g., GET), presenting strategic options, trade-offs, and recommendations while driving enterprise decision-making and alignment.
- Operate as a peer to functional Vice Presidents, leading cross-functional alignment across Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, and Quality to ensure execution of a unified and optimized development strategy.
- Drive enterprise-level trade-off decisions, balancing scientific, clinical, regulatory, operational, and financial considerations to maximize probability of success and long-term asset value.
- Maintain accountability for program performance, including milestone achievement, risk profile, timeline integrity, and budget adherence.
