About the role

About the role

Grüns is a fast-growing leader in the supplement space, and our DTC websites are the growth engines for how customers experience and convert. We're looking for a VP, Ecommerce to own that experience end-to-end across our four brands (and counting) — leading our ecom, dev, design, and CRO teams, and setting the standard for what best-in-class Shopify DTC looks like. This role reports directly to our SVP of Ecommerce & LTV and is a high-ownership role for someone who has done this at scale and is ready to drive it again.

In this role, you will:

  • Own end-to-end site strategy and roadmap across our multi-brand Shopify environment covering all four stores: gruns.co, nutrops.co, immun.co, juced.co
  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team spanning ecommerce, engineering, design, and CRO
  • Own conversion rate by setting and defending the bar for site experience and funnel optimization
  • Drive a unified account experience across brands — membership, bundles, subscription
  • Act as internal PM for engineering and design — writing specs and scoping builds
  • Own site stability, speed, infrastructure, and performance
  • Partner with Paid, Lifecycle, and Brand to co-own First Order volume and retention
  • Launch new brands from the ground up on new websites
  • Build an AI-forward operating model across the ecom org

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 12+ years of ecommerce experience with deep Shopify DTC expertise
  • Has scaled a $100M+ DTC business and is energized to do it again with more leverage and an AI-augmented team
  • Has moved conversion rate through disciplined testing grounded in data and customer insight
  • Has used AI to materially speed up their team's output (design, specs, code review, QA, analysis, etc)
  • Has owned subscription end-to-end — churn, cancel flows, retention strategy
  • Has functioned as a true internal PM to an engineering team, not just managed agencies

Compensation & Benefits:

At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is $225,000 - $250,000 depending on experience.
