You will play a key part in shaping our VIP strategy, helping to expand OKX’s footprint across the local market.</div>

<div>Manage relationships with VIP clients in the local market.</div>

<div>Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and rapport-building efforts.</div>

</li>

<div>Develop and implement customer service processes and systems, including management rules and monitoring of&nbsp;key customer status.</div>

</li>

<div>Analyze client behavior to identify unspoken needs and prepare key customer analysis reports.</div>

</li>

<div>Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver optimal service solutions and experiences.</div>

</li>

<div>Drive growth of potential clients through product offerings, offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns.</div>

</li>

<div>Partner with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and drive leads and conversions among VIP tiers.</div>

</li>

<div>Maintain accurate data and information for weekly updates and analysis.</div>

</li>

</ul>

<div>4+ years of experience in sales and client services functions within the international financial sector, preferably in&nbsp;banking or investments.</div>

</li>

<div>Proven track record of managing client portfolios including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, and&nbsp;private bank customers.</div>

</li>

<div>Experience working with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.</div>

</li>

<div>Strong communication and written skills in both English and Vietnamese to effectively communicate with Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders in the local market.</div>

</li>

<div>Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining excellent multitasking skills</div>

</li>
