About the role
Role Overview
Responsible for acquiring and managing high-value clients, developing a deep understanding of different products and solutions across platforms, and driving sustainable growth in trading volume, assets and revenue through professional consultation and customized solutions. This is a highly KPI-driven role that requires strong goal orientation, fast learning ability, and the ability to handle frequent business travel.
Key Responsibilities
1- Client Acquisition & Expansion
- Identify and acquire potential high-value clients (including but not limited to professional traders, family offices, etc.) through multiple channels such as in-person visits, industry events, communities and referrals.
- Quickly profile and identify high-potential target clients, maintain a structured lead pipeline and follow-up rhythm.
2- Client Relationship Management & Target Delivery
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; conduct regular reviews to understand their trading needs, capital scale and product preferences.
- Take full responsibility for key KPIs of your client portfolio, including asset under management, trading volume and revenue contribution, and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets.
3- Product & Solutions Advisory
- Develop an in-depth understanding of major product lines on leading platforms (e.g., spot, derivatives, options, Earn, structured products, etc.) and provide comparative analysis and professional advice to clients.
- Collect client needs and pain points, and collaborate with product, operations and other teams to deliver tailored solutions for key clients.
4- Industry Insights & Learning
- Continuously track industry trends, competitor strategies and new product developments; quickly absorb new knowledge and form valuable insights and recommendations for clients.
- Regularly report client and market feedback as well as competitive intelligence to support internal strategy and product iteration from a frontline perspective.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the web3 industry, with hands-on usage or service experience with major exchanges, wallets, custody, DeFi, and similar products.
- Ability to quickly identify and filter target clients, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong relationship management capabilities. Experience in high-potential client relationship management, client service, or operations is preferred.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, derivatives, risk and return; background in banking, securities, asset management, or other financial sectors is a plus.
- Clear KPI and results orientation, accustomed to using data to measure performance.
- Able to handle a high-intensity work pace and frequent travel/visits.
- Self-motivated with strong resilience; able to find pathways and drive execution in uncertain environments.
- Ability to work in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields.
