About the role

About the Role

You'll be the engine behind Spiralyze's founder-led media brand, turning proprietary data and founder expertise into high-impact content across LinkedIn and YouTube. As part strategist, part writer, and part editor-in-chief, you'll work directly with the Founder to extract insights and shape them into content that drives engagement and establishes Spiralyze as the definitive authority in A/B testing and experimentation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Editorial Strategy & Content Planning - Build and own the editorial calendar across LinkedIn and YouTube. Develop recurring series and formats (myth-busting posts, website teardowns, data-driven trend pieces) that compound over time. Ensure every piece reinforces positioning as the data-backed authority in A/B testing.
  • Founder Content Extraction - Run biweekly 60–90 minute sessions with the Founder to capture insights, opinions, and stories from client work. Turn raw material into weekly LinkedIn posts, video scripts, and content briefs. Keep Founder's time commitment under 10 hours per week.
  • Writing & Ghostwriting - Write or direct writing of 4–5 LinkedIn posts per week in the Founder's voice, plus scripts for 1–2 YouTube videos. Develop hooks that stop scrolling, structure posts for engagement, and turn complex data into clear narratives. Create a distinct, authentic written voice consistent across platforms.
  • Creative Team Management - Direct in-house videographer, graphic designer, and overseas editors. Set creative briefs, review output, and ensure premium quality. You're the strategist guiding production, not the producer.
  • Performance & Iteration - Track engagement data, follower growth, and pipeline attribution. Double down on winning formats and eliminate underperformers. Share regular performance reports and recommendations with leadership.
