About the role
About You
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in leading North America sales teams for high-growth software companies with annual revenues of at least $100 million. You will be a charismatic executive who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and has experience hunting and opening new accounts with a track record of building and managing teams that consistently exceed quota.
Responsibilities
- Growing, leading and managing the Azul North America sales team
- Recruiting, hiring and training of sales reps
- Coaching direct reports on strategies that drive results
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Representing and presenting the Azul message at conferences and customer and partner events
- Accurately reporting on sales activity and critical success metrics and forecasting
- Ensuring adoption and compliance with standard sales processes and usage of sales tools
