About the Growth Organization

The Growth team at CookUnity is the driving force behind our mission to scale the chef-to-you marketplace category and bring our incredible chef-crafted product to millions of new eaters. We are storytellers, strategists, and operators—fueled by data, creativity, and the pursuit of exponential growth.

As we expand our national footprint, the Growth organization plays a key role in shaping how CookUnity acquires, retains, and re-engages customers, blending performance marketing, product innovation, and brand storytelling to redefine what “meal delivery” can be.


About the Role

The Vice President, Growth Marketing will lead the next stage of CookUnity’s growth engine. This executive will own the company’s full-funnel growth strategy, driving customer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value across all digital and offline channels.

You will set the vision, strategy, and operational rigor for paid and organic growth while partnering closely with Brand, Product, Data, and Creative leadership. You will oversee a high-performing team of marketers and channel experts across Paid Social, Search, CRM, CRO, and Emerging Platforms—building scalable, data-informed systems that accelerate new customer growth and deepen engagement across the CookUnity experience.

This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and plays a critical part in shaping the company’s strategic roadmap, with visibility across executive and board-level discussions.
