What You’ll Do
As Vice President of Finance, you will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team and trusted partner to the CFO, helping shape the Company's financial strategy, operating performance, and long-term growth. You will lead Finance, overseeing planning, forecasting, performance management, strategic finance, and business analytics while providing support for decision-making across the enterprise.
Working closely with leaders across Operations, Clinical, Growth, Accounting, Actuarial Services, and BD, you will drive enterprise decision-making through data-driven insights, disciplined resource allocation, and rigorous performance management. As an extension of the CFO, you will regularly engage with executives, the Board, investors, and lenders while helping build the people, processes, and capabilities needed to support a high-growth healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, executive leadership team, Board, investors, and lenders, translating enterprise strategy into financial plans and measurable outcomes.
- Provide financial leadership and performance visibility across the organization.
