    • Own and continuously improve the global vendor security standards framework, ensuring requirements remain comprehensive, current, enforceable, and aligned with relevant policies and industry best practices.
    • Establish and enforce clear security compliance expectations for carriers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, guarding companies, last-mile providers, and other external supply chain partners.
    • Ensure vendors formally accept applicable security requirements before beginning operational activities and work with legal and procurement teams to embed these obligations into contracts and service agreements.
    • Conduct scheduled and unannounced physical inspections at vendor facilities, transit locations, and operational sites across international regions.
    • Verify controls such as access management, personnel screening, CCTV, handling procedures, tamper-evident measures, and chain-of-custody processes against established standards, including TAPA FSR and TAPA TSR where applicable.
    • Produce detailed inspection reports, document compliance gaps, identify systemic risks, and provide practical recommendations for remediation.
    • Issue corrective action requirements to non-compliant vendors, establish binding remediation timelines, and track outstanding actions through to verified resolution.
    • Conduct follow-up inspections to confirm that corrective measures have been implemented effectively and sustainably.
    • Maintain an accurate global vendor compliance register covering inspection history, corrective actions, risk exposure, and current compliance status.
    • Escalate persistent or serious non-compliance and recommend appropriate measures, including sanctions, suspension, or vendor replacement when necessary.
    • Act as the primary security compliance contact for external vendors, communicating expectations clearly and assertively to security and operational leadership.
    • Conduct structured vendor security reviews, support new-vendor assessments, and define security requirements that must be met before operational activation.
    • Prepare global compliance reports for leadership, identify recurring patterns across vendors or regions, and recommend improvements to standards, policies, procedures, and enforcement mechanisms.
    • Work closely with regional security teams across the USA, EU, Taiwan, APAC, Israel, and future operating regions to maintain consistent security expectations and enforcement.
    • Requirements

      • Significant professional experience in supply chain security compliance, vendor auditing, physical security, or security standards enforcement.
      • Proven experience conducting physical security inspections and compliance assessments across complex, multi-vendor or international environments.
      • Strong experience managing corrective action processes, including documenting deficiencies, setting remediation requirements, escalating issues, and verifying resolution.
      • Deep knowledge of supply chain security standards, particularly TAPA FSR and/or TAPA TSR.
      • Strong understanding of physical security controls within logistics environments, including access control, CCTV, personnel screening, tamper-evident practices, and chain of custody.
      • Demonstrated ability to communicate directly and assertively with vendors and hold stakeholders accountable at different organizational levels.
      • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple compliance activities across geographies and time zones.
      • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make enforcement decisions with minimal supervision.
      • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
      • Willingness and ability to undertake significant international travel for on-site vendor inspections and compliance activities.
      • Availability to respond to urgent compliance incidents or escalations outside standard working hours when required.
