About the role

Accountabilities

    • Conduct comprehensive UX and product audits to identify usability issues, friction points, gaps, and opportunities across the digital product experience.
    • Map and evaluate the complete customer journey, from discovering an event and exploring options through ticket purchase, access, and post-event engagement.
    • Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to understand user motivations, needs, pain points, and decision-making.
    • Identify opportunities to improve navigation, event discovery, checkout experiences, conversion rates, retention, and overall product usability.
    • Translate research and product insights into clear user flows, wireframes, product requirements, recommendations, and actionable solutions.
    • Identify product opportunities that strengthen product-market fit and create measurable value for both users and business partners.
    • Help adapt the product experience to different markets, cultures, languages, and user behaviors as the platform expands internationally.
    • Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, developers, technology teams, marketing, and business stakeholders to ensure UX recommendations are effectively implemented.
    • Establish UX priorities by balancing user impact, business objectives, technical considerations, and growth potential.
    • Contribute to the UX strategy and product development of an upcoming mobile application.
    • Establish scalable UX principles, processes, research practices, and design best practices that can support a growing product and team.
    • Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities in ambiguous situations, and turn complex findings into clear priorities and actionable product decisions.
    • Requirements

      • Strong professional experience in UX strategy, user research, product design, or digital product development.
      • Demonstrated experience improving consumer-facing digital products and navigating complex, multi-step user journeys.
      • Strong understanding of user behavior, conversion optimization, retention, and product-led growth.
      • Ability to connect user needs and research insights with broader business objectives and measurable growth outcomes.
      • Experience collaborating closely with product, design, engineering, development, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
      • Experience supporting products through periods of growth, product-market fit, transformation, or international expansion.
      • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research and translate findings into practical product recommendations.
      • Strong product intuition and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on UX execution.
      • Experience in ticketing, events, marketplaces, e-commerce, travel, entertainment, SaaS, or high-growth technology environments is a strong advantage.
      • Experience designing experiences for both RTL and LTR environments is a plus.
      • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, challenge established assumptions, and drive initiatives from discovery through implementation.
      • Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to communicate complex UX concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
