UX Lead

Overview

UX Lead for Design on Demand on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. Leader to oversee all user experience on the Entertainment track with proven experience managing team members, driving positive change across disciplines and improving processes.

Requirements

• Minimum five years in agency senior client facing role
• Experience building relationships with senior client stakeholders, presenting design work and running workshops
• Experience setting up ways of working and/or processes
• Experience working on large global digital programs, collaborating with team members from different disciplines in different countries

Responsibilities

• Oversee all things user experience on the Entertainment track
• Collaborate directly with UI Lead to manage team members across different locations
• Build inclusive culture and set up key initiatives and ceremonies
• Create user-centric and visually captivating interfaces
• Own projects and help shape day-to-day delivery and design
