About the Design and Research Team

The team is customer-obsessed and works to craft experiences users love. Team culture includes bi-annual design trips, game-time activities, and company-sponsored fantasy leagues.

Responsibilities

• Support research projects and help synthesize findings for the team
• Monitor users' app engagement metrics using internal dashboards
• Conduct benchmarking and ongoing monitoring of competitors for updates
• Help set up and take part in UX quality assurance reviews

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in a related field with graduation date in 2025, or new grad with around 1 or fewer years of experience
• Understanding of user research fundamentals with strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and juggle multiple projects
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Eagerness to learn and genuine curiosity

Work Location

Hybrid (2 days onsite in SF Bay Area) or Remote (California non-SF, New York City, or PST hours with willingness to relocate full-time)
