Team Lead - Performance Marketing

• Own the performance marketing direction as a business unit
• Develop strategy and make key decisions
• Manage a team scaling from $0 to $1M monthly marketing spend in 6 months
• Responsible for acquisition scaling and results

Senior Specialist

• Drive growth for one of the top products
• Build and scale user acquisition across Tier-1, 2, and 3 markets
• Work on strategy and analytics
• Direct impact on product growth with path to Lead position

Middle Specialist

• Own a specific zone (markets/regions)
• Launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Test new approaches and systematically improve results
