This position works cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization to ensure proposed units comply with lease requirements and company standards.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>The Unit Development Analyst I/II/III/IV responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></span></p>

<ul>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Review unit boundaries, acreage, ownership, and well layouts for accuracy and compliance.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Analyze lease terms to identify pooling restrictions, expirations, consent requirements, and other development constraints.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Review proposed wells and units to identify land, title, ownership, and contractual issues requiring resolution.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Calculate, forecast, and validate working interest and net revenue interest.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for lease, title, ownership, and third-party interest issues.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Prepare, review, and record unit documentation.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Maintain accurate unit development information and documentation within company systems.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Required Experience and Skills:</strong></span></p>

<ul>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Associate’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">High attention to detail and ability to reconcile complex ownership and acreage information.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Knowledge of oil and gas land, leasing, title, ownership, and unit development concepts.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience with land-management, mapping, or data-analysis systems.</span></li>
