The Role

We're looking for a UGC Creator who transforms our products and briefs into authentic video content. Your videos will determine whether people scroll past or make a purchase—for paid ads, organic social, and product reels.

How the Collaboration Works

• We regularly send you MAKANI handbags to your home
• You receive clear briefs specifying video type, length, hook, mood, and key messages
• You produce content independently from your home, favorite locations, at your own pace
• You deliver finished content within agreed deadlines
• We provide brief feedback and optional revision rounds

Responsibilities

• UGC Production: Film, narrate, and edit reels, TikToks, and ad creatives (15–30 seconds) using smartphone or camera
• On-Camera Performance: Appear on camera wearing the bags, deliver hooks, create reviews, try-ons, and lifestyle scenes
• Scenography: Set up your own location with table, lighting, outfits, and props—your home and daily life become your set
• Visual Storytelling: Interpret briefs with your own sense for mood, outfit, and scene
• Editing & Finishing: Deliver complete, production-ready videos with music, text overlays, and required formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5)
• Variations: Create multiple versions of ideas (Hook A/B, outfit variants, different settings) for testing
• Brand Look: Ensure videos reflect the MAKANI aesthetic—warm, editorial, feminine, premium, minimalist

Requirements

• Experience producing content privately, for other brands, or on your own channels (portfolio required)
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
• Confident on-camera presence—comfortable speaking freely without scripts, delivering hooks, product talks, voice-overs, and reviews
• Wardrobe matching MAKANI style—warm beige, editorial, feminine, elegant, minimalist pieces you naturally wear
• Strong sense of image composition, lighting, styling, and warm editorial aesthetics
• Ability to follow briefs precisely while adding your own creative interpretation
• Reliable deadline management and delivery
• Native-level German language skills
