<h2><strong>⌘Role Overview</strong></h2>
<p>Timeleft is on a mission to fight loneliness by bringing strangers together through shared experiences. Keeping that experience safe and respectful — online and in person — is what makes the magic possible.</p>
<p>As a Trust &amp; Safety Representative, you'll be the first line of defence for our community. You'll review flagged content across in-app messages, user profiles, and safety reports, and take the right action to keep Timeleft a place people trust.</p>
<p>This is a remote freelance position, working Tuesday to Saturday from 09:00–18:00 PHT (including a one-hour break). It suits someone with sound judgement under pressure, the emotional resilience to handle sensitive content, and a real sense of ownership over keeping our community safe.</p>
<h2><strong>⌘Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Review flagged in-app messages, user profiles, photos and safety reports against our Community Guidelines</li>
<li>Take clear enforcement actions: remove content, issue warnings, suspend or ban accounts</li>
<li>Handle user appeals fairly and document the reasoning behind every decision</li>
<li>Escalate complex, high-risk or novel cases to the Global Trust &amp; Safety Manager</li>
<li>Log moderation actions accurately so our reporting and audit trail stay clean</li>
<li>Flag recurring patterns, policy gaps, and classifier misses back to Trust &amp; Safety and Engineering</li>
<li>Take part in weekly calibration sessions to keep decisions consistent across the team</li>

<h2><strong>⌘Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Sound judgement and consistency, even when reviewing hundreds of cases a day</li>
<li>Emotional resilience — you'll be exposed to sensitive content daily as part of the role</li>
<li>Clear, calm written communication, especially when explaining decisions to users</li>
<li>Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive user data</li>
<li>Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Experience with moderation or ticketing tools (Zendesk, Intercom, or similar) is a plus</li>
<li>Additional languages — French, Spanish, Portuguese or German — are a plus</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>⌘</strong>Required experience</h2>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in content moderation, Trust &amp; Safety, or a frontline support role is required</li>
<li>Fluency in English is essential</li>

<p><strong>Preliminary questions - </strong>You will receive a short list of questions to answer. This step helps un evaluate your motivation and basic Trust &amp; Safety background.<br><strong>Introduction Call</strong> <strong>(15min) </strong>- A conversation with Trust &amp; Safety Manager to introduce the company, the role, and learn more about you.<br><strong>Case Study</strong> - Practical exercise to evaluate your skills.<br><strong>Final Interview (30-45min)- </strong>A conversation with Trust &amp; Safety Manager to assess further your skills and culture fit with the team and the company.</p>
