About Brainstack
Brainstack is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company. We are looking for a Treasury Manager to join our Wellness team.
Your Responsibilities
- Setup & Onboarding of Financial Instruments: Configure companies for work with financial institutions (remote desktops, email, SIM cards, phones); analyze and select financial institutions to provide the necessary currencies and payment methods; open bank accounts for group companies; organize communication with banks and financial institutions.
- Daily Payment Operations: Distribute requests in Jira (Finance & TPS); execute payments in relevant financial institutions for companies; verify primary documents for compliance; check all necessary data for service and subscription payments; input payment information for request initiators; upload bank statements as needed.
- Bank Compliance: Communicate with banks and financial institutions regarding inflows and outflows; collect and provide information in response to requests from financial institutions; undergo annual bank reviews.
- Cash Flow Planning: Regulate group companies' cash flows for optimal fund circulation; consolidate payment data by company, currency, and financial institution; perform weekly cash flow planning; issue and manage test cards; provide and update payment details for providers as needed.
