Mowery & Schoenfeld is seeking an ambitious and curious accounting professional with a drive to problem solve, ongoing learning, and exemplary client service. Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions as well as search funds.
• Communicate effectively with clients, target company management, investment bankers, and other client advisors on a transaction.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Ability to problem solve and see the whole picture of an engagement.
