Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to drive and scale WHOOP's retail marketing initiatives in third party retail across the UK & Ireland. Reporting to the EU Trade Marketing Lead, this role is pivotal in shaping WHOOP's physical and digital retail footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, execution, and performance analysis of in-store and online marketing initiatives
• Ensure a seamless and impactful brand experience across all retail channels
• Manage high-value accounts and foster strong relationships with retail partners
• Deliver cohesive marketing strategies to drive sell-through in retail and via distribution partners
• Support the growth of WHOOP's regional brand presence
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Creative and Apparel & Accessories teams
• Develop impactful campaigns and equip partners with the right tools
• Ensure effective WHOOP representation in all trade channels

Required Experience

• Proven track record in managing high-value accounts
• Strong relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver on targets
• Strategic planning and hands-on execution capabilities
• Strong grasp of regional market trends and customer preferences
