Project Overview
This is a very important project: building the MVP for NestX. Approximately 6 weeks. The success of this project is critical for moving forward. If successful, development could become ongoing and very large.
About NestX
NestX is a platform that transforms real estate into a true Investment Operating System. Instead of being a simple property portal, it interprets data, models financial scenarios, and accompanies the investor from initial exploration through to transaction execution.
It combines a unified web and mobile experience, an event-driven backend with integrations to MLS and transactional systems, and a Data & AI layer that generates viability scoring, confidence levels, and projections optimized with real post-purchase data.
The focus is not on showing more properties, but on providing greater certainty in every investment decision.
