The company operates without call centers or sales pressure, instead offering genuine advice via WhatsApp with veterinarians on the team. They have acquired over 13,000 customers in a short time.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for performance marketing and serve as the strategic lead. You will work hands-on and be supported by a video editor and a 20-hour coordinator for UGC coordination and ad uploads.
Key Responsibilities
- Meta Ads (Core): Independent management and scaling of Meta campaigns with structured creative testing based on hook, format, and angle
- Tracking & Data: Setup and maintenance of Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI), building dashboards and reporting structures
- AI & Automation: Active use of AI tools including Claude, Claude Code and other tools in daily work; independent development of agents and automations for repetitive marketing tasks such as creative briefings, reporting, hook generation, and analysis; thinking first: "Can an agent handle this?" and then building it
- Channel Expansion: Building new channels (Native Advertising, potentially TikTok, YouTube) and developing and testing new funnel structures
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Paid Social / Performance Marketing, ideally with Meta
- Analytical mindset: you read data, draw real conclusions, and act on them
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools — you use them daily, not occasionally
- Independent working style: you don't need someone to tell you what to do
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Practical experience with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, etc.)
- Experience with agent workflows or marketing automation
