Pick one video you personally edited that you're proud of. Any genre, any platform, any software. If it was a team edit, tell us exactly what you owned.
Screen-record yourself playing through the video and walk us through your decisions: what you did, why you did it, and what you'd change now, looking back.
We're not grading production value. We want to see your thought process, not a polished pitch. We want to watch every single video submitted, so please make sure to submit either a YouTube unlisted link or a Loom video link so the team can access it.
Editing for retention is key here, so keep it 5 minutes or less.
