Key Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to estimate and plan testing requirements.
• Proven experience tracking and following up on QA team activities.
• Ability to guide and mentor both manual and automation QA teams.
• Capable of proposing methodologies and techniques to optimize testing and ensure quality.
• Skilled in organizing team workflows using Kanban boards.
• Experience managing, creating, and maintaining test assets and documentation.
• ISTQB, TMMi or related certification (required).
• Certification in one or more of the following: Scrum, SAFe, Management 3.0, Agile, Lean, PMP (or similar).
• Basic conversational English.
• A continuous improvement mindset in the QA area.
• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Trello, TestLink, or similar platforms for test case management and issue tracking.
