  • Strengthens trusted partnerships with clinicians, advocacy groups, and key stakeholders
  • Expands access to care by developing and executing territory strategies that connect more patients to life-changing therapies

Everything we do connects back to real people navigating complex healthcare journeys - and this role helps make that journey brighter.

  • Lead territory strategy and execution to drive sustained referral growth and patient onboarding
  • Build, deepen, and manage high-impact relationships with providers, treatment centers, advocacy organizations, and industry partners
  • Serve as a trusted resource within the bleeding disorder community through education, engagement, and thought partnership
  • Collaborate closely with patients, pharmacy teams, clinicians, and internal partners to ensure seamless and coordinated care delivery
  • Proactively manage a robust pipeline, using data and insights to prioritize opportunities and improve outcomes
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members, sharing best practices and elevating team performance
  • Represent LUX Infusion at key industry events, conferences, and community engagements
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, therapies, payer dynamics, and patient support resources
  • Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow‑through to your work
  • Identify and implement better, more scalable ways to serve patients, providers, and teammates

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep care about the human impact of your work
  • Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong ownership and accountability for driving territory performance and achieving growth goals
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into action
  • High level of autonomy, self-direction, and sound judgment
  • Comfort navigating complexity and leading within a dynamic environment
  • A desire to be part of a team that values empathy and high standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Several years of experience in healthcare sales, specifically within the bleeding disorder community or hematology
