Why This Role Matters
This role plays a critical part in helping LUX Infusion deliver a patient‑first experience by driving strategic growth across the bleeding disorder community while ensuring patients receive seamless, high-quality care.
In this role, you’ll contribute to work that:
- Helps patients feel seen, supported, and informed throughout their treatment journey
- Strengthens trusted partnerships with clinicians, advocacy groups, and key stakeholders
- Expands access to care by developing and executing territory strategies that connect more patients to life-changing therapies

What You’ll Do
- Lead territory strategy and execution to drive sustained referral growth and patient onboarding
- Build, deepen, and manage high-impact relationships with providers, treatment centers, advocacy organizations, and industry partners
- Serve as a trusted resource within the bleeding disorder community through education, engagement, and thought partnership
- Collaborate closely with patients, pharmacy teams, clinicians, and internal partners to ensure seamless and coordinated care delivery
- Proactively manage a robust pipeline, using data and insights to prioritize opportunities and improve outcomes
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members, sharing best practices and elevating team performance
- Represent LUX Infusion at key industry events, conferences, and community engagements
- Stay ahead of industry trends, therapies, payer dynamics, and patient support resources
- Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow‑through to your work
- Identify and implement better, more scalable ways to serve patients, providers, and teammates

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience in healthcare sales, specifically within the bleeding disorder community or hematology
