Responsibilities

  • Process customer inquiries including chatbot interactions with focus on written communication
  • Analyze technical problems using logs and customer data
  • Document recurring error patterns
  • Work closely with the internal development team
  • Work hours aligned with German office times, fully location-independent

Requirements

  • Technical affinity or experience in technical customer support
  • Structured and analytical working approach, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Experience with AI tools is a clear plus
  • German and English are primary working languages; French or Scandinavian languages are an advantage
  • Fast learner with proactive and positive attitude
