What You'll Do

• Break down complex customer questions into manageable pieces and dive into the Mapbox stack to find answers
• Craft concise and friendly responses to customer inquiries
• Work with engineering and documentation teams to ensure product documentation and code examples are up to date and accurate
• Work with the support team to consistently deliver high-quality support to customers
• Aggregate user feedback and turn it into actionable insights
