Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Support DAS Engineer to join our team and support customer deployments, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of JMA wireless solutions. This role is critical in delivering quality remote and onsite technical support for Distributed Antenna Systems, ensuring successful customer implementations and resolution of field issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for JMA DAS solutions
- Support commissioning, acceptance testing, and system turn-up activities

The ideal candidate has strong RF knowledge, hands-on DAS experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and thrives in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
