Role Overview

The Technical Solution Architect - Business Applications is a key role within KnowBe4, responsible for designing and implementing business application solutions that align with the company's strategic goals. This position focuses on integrating and optimizing business applications to drive efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of business application solutions, including ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve business processes

Requirements

• Extensive experience in architecting and implementing business application solutions
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar platforms
• Proven ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with cloud platforms and integration technologies
