About the role
We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our truly global Talent team at ElevenLabs. This is not a conventional recruiter role — you'll own complex, high-impact technical hiring end to end, from shaping the search strategy through to closing truly exceptional talent. You'll partner deeply with engineering, research, and leadership teams to re-imagine what great technical hiring looks like at scale.
You'll be a key member of a small, high-powered team that's redefining quality of hire and pushing the boundaries of how world-class technical talent is found, engaged, and hired. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical specialization, high velocity, and an uncompromising bar.
What your day might look like
- Owning full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across product engineering, ML/AI, infrastructure, research, and beyond.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand problems, calibrate on signals, and continuously raise the hiring bar.
- Designing and executing thoughtful search strategies — from market mapping and outreach to interview design and closing.
- Managing multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring teams.
