Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
- Act as the primary orchestrator across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Marketing
- Identify cross-team dependencies and proactively remove blockers to execution
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and Salesforce solutions
- Serve as a trusted partner to GTM teams, ensuring systems support evolving workflows
Salesforce Ownership & Technical Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations
- Contribute hands-on to solution design and architecture, configuration (flows, validation rules, objects), and light development work when needed
