Role Overview

Technical Program Managers at Mapbox ensure successful, on-time launches for key customers by turning complex needs into realized value. TPMs independently develop and execute strategies to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing disruption to priorities and roadmap.

What You'll Do

• Deliver strategic programs for key customers in a dynamic environment
• Drive key programs from kickoff through initial launch and beyond
• Work closely with customers and Mapbox product and engineering teams to translate requirements into tangible deliveries
• Ensure successful launches and support programs post-launch to drive new functionality
• Provide high-judgement updates to Mapbox leaders on progress
• Handle day-to-day operations independently
