As a Technical Product Manager, you will own the technical product direction of Sparkrock’s Finance ERP, powering mission-driven organizations across the Non-Profit and Education sectors. This role goes beyond writing requirements – you will define the technical vision, design scalable financial solutions, and work closely with engineering, customers, and go-to-market teams to deliver reliable, compliant, and high-impact financial systems. In this role, you’ll take true end-to-end ownership of a core ERP Finance product that serves Non-Profit and K-12 organizations, giving you the chance to shape both product strategy and technical architecture in meaningful ways. You’ll work closely with customers, finance teams, and implementation partners, tackling complex, real-world finance challenges while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on technical design.
