About the role
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and orchestrate complex no-code workflows that map customer business use cases to scalable, production-ready solutions using industry best practices
- Own customer implementations and help customers maximize the value of the Ushur platform
- Support successful onboarding of customers onto the Ushur platform
- Lead discovery sessions with customer champions, capture technical requirements, and formalize solutions that align with defined success criteria
- Scope, design, and deploy end-user and customer automation journeys using state-of-the-art artificial intelligence and data science–based solutions
- Act as a bridge between customers and the sales, product, and engineering teams to support successful customer onboarding, expansion, and renewal
