About the Role
Kodland is looking for a reliable Technical Check Assistant to support our team with short technical checks before trial classes. This is not a sales role, customer-relationship role, or small-talk role. The job is simple and practical: quickly connect with clients before their class, check whether the basic technical and attendance requirements are met, and inform the team if the client needs to be rescheduled.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian (native or C1+) — clients are Italian speakers
- Availability for the following schedule (CET): Monday 15:30–19:00, Tuesday 15:30–19:00, Wednesday 15:30–19:00, Thursday 17:30–19:00, Friday 15:30–19:00
Key Responsibilities
- Check clients before the start of their trial class to confirm they are technically ready and meet the basic requirements
- Confirm whether the parent is present and can stay for the whole hour
- Ensure the client is connected from a PC or laptop (not a phone/tablet)
- Ask the client to run a speed test and verify both download and upload are at least 10 Mbps
- Check basic device specs: operating system (Windows/macOS/Chromebook) and processor (must be ~2.0 GHz or higher with suitable boost)
- Inform the team if rescheduling is needed
Work Details
- Each check takes around 5–7 minutes — no need to build a relationship, just clear technical questions and move on
- Current workload: around 17 hours per week, may grow to ~20+ hours/week
- Busiest moments are around 30 minutes before each class slot; availability is required for the full scheduled shift
