About the role

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with clients in a strategic capacity to ensure the program follows best practices, aligns with technical infrastructure, and meets business goals.
  • Proactively monitor technical program health to identify and mitigate problems before they impact success.
  • Drive adoption of contracted solutions and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Oversee all technical touch points including support cases, implementations, professional services projects, and pilot programs; serve as single point of escalation.
  • Develop relationships with key technical stakeholders to facilitate project progress, expand technical footprint, and develop client advocates.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 18–24 months in a client-facing role, preferably technical or technical account management.
  • Experience in technical consulting or technical project management; account management experience is a plus.
  • General knowledge of web technology (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL, and other web scripting technologies); coding experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to match technical tasks to business objectives and justify effort.
  • Ability to identify required technical tasks to achieve stated business objectives.
  • Ability to identify creative and non-standard ways to use the solution to help clients.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders to develop holistic account plans.
