Tech Lead — Subscriptions Team

About You

We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive technical strategy and delivery for the Subscriptions platform. This is a role between management and hands-on engineering, requiring both strong technical depth and operational leadership.

A key part of this role is providing accurate ETAs, being accountable for delivery SLAs, and ensuring high-quality execution across the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Subscriptions engineering team across backend services
• Own architectural decisions, technical planning, and project delivery timelines
• Provide reliable ETAs, monitor delivery progress, and ensure SLA commitments
• Develop and maintain subscription services in PHP
