Tech Lead (Content, Social & Live Streaming)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of core business functions: social content (posting/reposting/comments and distribution pipelines), video live streaming, audio voice rooms, and interactive commerce mechanics (gifts/tasks/red packets, etc.), covering overall engineering execution and continuous evolution
• Own the overall technical architecture and engineering foundation: mobile & web clients, server-side & admin back-end, live streaming ingest/playback integration and governance; drive platform-oriented development that is scalable, evolvable, and operable
• Establish consistent cross-platform UX and interaction standards; collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Operations to own key experience metrics (A/V sync quality)
