Team Leader

The ideal candidate knows how to assign different types of tasks to match individual strengths, ensures that each team member has a clear role and contributes effectively, and supports the team's development and performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own communication with stakeholders and other teams, structure requirements, set priorities, and assure delivery commitments.
• Manage the team effectively, understanding each member's strengths and weaknesses, and assign tasks based on their abilities and development goals.
• Own team capacity planning—tracking load, forecasting needs, and ensuring new hires, processes and tools are in place before capacity becomes a bottleneck.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and implement measures to improve team performance as needed.
