About the role
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Business Intelligence Developers
- Assign, prioritize, and monitor workloads to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
- Conduct performance management activities, including coaching, feedback, and evaluations
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture
Client Delivery & Utilization (80%)
- Act as a hands-on contributor across BI projects, including report development, dashboard creation, semantic/tabular model design, and DAX measure development
- Partner with clients to understand requirements, define reporting solutions, and ensure successful delivery
