Team Lead (all genders) IT-Infrastruktur with focus on IT Security solutions with VS-NfD certification.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of an infrastructure team
• Responsibility for stable and secure operation of IT infrastructures
• Support team alignment for operations and project support tasks
• Planning and implementation of security architectures with genua GmbH solutions
• Management of incidents, escalations, and changes
• Technical support for complex failures and security incidents
• Development of operational processes (e.g., according to ITIL)
• Customer consultation on secure infrastructure and network architectures
• Support in pre-sales activities (e.g., proposals and technical concepts)
• Ensuring SLAs, availability, and service quality

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent
