Talent Acquisition Specialist
Hiring in the following states: AZ, CO, OK
The Job/What You’ll Do
Leads all efforts for full cycle recruitment of all positions including, but not limited to identifying/sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding top talent to the organization. Works closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develops and establishes effective relationships with Hiring Managers and works closely to understand and influence future business needs and anticipates changes that may affect staffing levels. Collaborates with Hiring Managers to establish a recruiting strategy. Develops and executes staffing plans and activities to hire qualified individuals.
- Work in collaboration with hiring managers to develop and revise job descriptions.
- Ensures signed requisition forms are complete prior to beginning recruitment process.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, social media resources, online databases, and employee referrals to proactively build candidate pipelines.
- Develops and places job advertisements, sources and screen resumes, attends job fairs when required, conducts phone screens, and schedules/coordinates interviews.
- Prepares offer letters and coordinates pre-employment screenings and onboarding.
- Enter and track candidate/requisition status in Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Collects and analyzes metrics related to applicants and hiring.
- Builds rapport with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Establishes and maintains contacts with all recruitment sources including universities, private search firms, trade schools, and professional associations.
- Ensures new hires complete onboarding in HRIS.
- Creates and maintains all filing/scanning for employee personnel and recruiting records. Ensures compliance with records retention requirements.
- Completes and updates I-9 forms and processes E-Verify.
- Other duties as required.

Education & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in field, Required
- SHRM-CP or PHR Certification, Preferred
- Associates Degree in Human Services, Human Resources, or related field, Preferred
