Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Role

At Neural Concept, recruiting isn't a support function — it's a growth engine. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is hungry to learn, obsessed with finding great people, and ready to go beyond the obvious. You'll work directly alongside our TA Lead, partnering with hiring managers across functions and geographies. You'll have real ownership from day one — over sourcing strategies, candidate relationships, and pipeline quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche communities, and creative outreach to find talent others miss
• Build real relationships and engage passive candidates before roles open
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their teams, anticipate needs, and co-create role profiles
• Map talent landscapes, track competitor moves, and bring market insights
• Maintain clean pipelines, sharp notes, and honest metrics

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in TA or agency recruitment with a hands-on approach to active sourcing
• Track record of identifying and attracting great candidates
