About the role
Accountabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and global business leaders to understand workforce needs, departmental priorities, and hiring objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to forecast talent requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth and business goals.
- Proactively source, pipeline, screen, and assess candidates with specialized skills and qualifications.
- Conduct structured interviews using behavioral questions, technical assessments, and other appropriate evaluation methodologies.
- Establish clear recruitment timelines, objectives, and expectations with hiring managers to ensure efficient hiring processes.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology.
- Develop compelling, accurate job postings that clearly communicate role requirements and the organization's employment proposition.
- Identify and leverage effective recruitment channels, including professional associations, niche job boards, social media, networking groups, and recruitment events.
- Represent the organization at external recruiting events, including campus fairs, job fairs, and technology-focused networking events.
- Coordinate applicant communications and interview scheduling while maintaining a professional and engaging candidate experience.
- Provide timely and constructive candidate feedback to hiring stakeholders and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and hiring data to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness, and inform talent acquisition strategies.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives designed to strengthen the organization's ability to attract qualified talent.
- Support broader HR initiatives and special projects that contribute to the effectiveness of the overall people strategy.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
- 4–7 years of experience in global recruiting or talent acquisition, with a demonstrated record of successful hiring outcomes.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced technology or software environment.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, structured interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Experience recruiting across international markets, particularly EMEA and APAC, is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software; experience with UKG and Greenhouse is an advantage.
- Familiarity with global employment laws and regulatory requirements relevant to recruitment and hiring practices.
- Ability to use recruitment metrics and data to evaluate performance and guide decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with hiring leaders and candidates.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues, develop practical solutions, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities and hiring requirements can change quickly.
- Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of individual projects and responsibilities.
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to contribute to employer brand initiatives and deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience.
- Gross annual base salary of $75,000–$97,500, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
