What You'll Do

• Source and evaluate candidates across multiple channels including LinkedIn, Handshake, social campaigns, and unconventional channels
• Conduct thoughtful outreach and engagement with candidates
• Build and iterate on recruiting processes that focus on quality over volume
• Coach and develop campus hiring strategies
• Identify what actually predicts success in Campus Manager roles
