The Opportunity

This is a 6 month contract role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the HR team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with experience in the Web3 industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source and attract candidates through various channels
• Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the candidate pipeline
