The Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide proactive high volume full-lifecycle recruitment and strategic sourcing for the company. With a passion for finding and attracting top talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers across various departments to deliver the best candidate experience. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, highly organized, and energized by growth and change. Experience supporting healthcare, behavioral health, startup, or multi-site expansion hiring environments is strongly preferred.
Full Life Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent
