Position Overview

This is a full-time fixed-term (12 months) remote contract position. Contract extension is theoretically possible, but cannot be guaranteed. The candidate does not have to be in the indicated location and can be in other locations across APAC timezones.

Role Focus

This role will mainly focus on various corporate and business hiring including Customer Service, Compliance, Operations, and related functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, and offer negotiation
• Attract, hire, and retain the best employees
• Grow a strong talent pipeline
• Advise and build close relationships with business partners
