About the role
What You Will Do
- Lead hiring for a wide range of roles, with a focus on industry-specific roles such as Commercial (Sales, Account Management, Operations), Marketing, Product, and other Corporate/Support functions
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies with a focus on Germany, with some international exposure
- Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align hiring plans with business goals and challenges, acting as a trusted advisor
- Own end-to-end recruitment: job scoping, sourcing, assessment, interview processes, and offers
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and values
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
- Support improvements to recruitment processes, driving innovation and efficiency
- Help reduce agency reliance and optimize time-to-hire
- Maintain ATS accuracy and deliver regular recruitment reporting
What You Will Bring
- Solid recruitment experience, either from a recruitment agency or in-house, working with niche roles
- Expertise in sourcing, networking, interviewing, and offer negotiation at all levels
- Fluent English and German communication skills are must have
- A background in commercial roles and the advertising industry is highly desirable
- Technical recruitment experience is nice to have
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment
- Experience with (or willingness to get involved in) organizing meet-ups, recruitment events, and other innovative ways of attracting the best talent
- A passion for telling the company story, building our brand, and establishing new processes that challenge traditional recruitment methods
- First-class interpersonal skills, with a client service-oriented mindset and acute attention to detail
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated, with a love for working collaboratively
- Tenacity and resilience to ride the sometimes unpredictable recruitment rollercoaster
