Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Specialist to support ALX Africa's growth through a balanced mix of end-to-end recruitment and employer brand execution. This role will focus on attracting and hiring high-quality talent across technical and non-technical functions, while also helping shape how ALX is perceived as an employer by candidates and talent communities.
The successful candidate will manage hiring processes, partner closely with hiring managers, and contribute to a positive, efficient, and inclusive candidate experience. In parallel, they will support and execute employer branding initiatives across social media, talent communications, content creation, campaigns, and community engagement to strengthen ALX Africa's visibility and appeal in the talent market.
