Talent Acquisition Administrator

As our business continues to grow across the UK, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to help us find and hire exceptional cleaners.

This role is centred around people. From making the first call to a candidate through to onboarding successful applicants, you'll play an important role in delivering a professional recruitment experience while ensuring our hiring process remains organised and efficient.

Your Responsibilities

• Contact applicants and conduct telephone screenings.

• Assess candidate suitability against our recruitment criteria.

• Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications.

• Guide successful candidates through the onboarding process.

• Maintain accurate candidate records within our CRM and recruitment systems.

• Keep recruitment trackers up to date.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment or recruitment administration.

• Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English.

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Comfortable speaking with candidates throughout the day.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple vacancies.

• Positive attitude.
